Thomas J. Berglin is the Sole Proprietor of SYNGEN Consulting Services and is a registered professional engineer (PE) in the following US States:

 

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Washington State
  • Idaho

Mr. Berglin's experience also includes a diverse series of infrastructure-related projects overseas in the Federated States of Micronesia.  While his background is primarily civil/geotechnical, he has planning, project management, design, and construction experience in a wide range of engineering projects.
